What specific games, and at what resolution do you play at?

You don't have such a strong system that you can play all games at high, especially if your resolution is high 1080p or higher.

You could also have AA forced on in nvidia control panel. Aftermarket video card enhancers can also cause problems.

I play games on a resolution of 1440x900 75Hz.
And the games that i have lag on are:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Call of Duty: World At War
Grand Theft Auto IV
and more games... (too much to know)

And i have set AA forced now off in the nvidia control panel, My FPS is now higher and i have not hugh lag anymore.

GTA IV is always going to lag no matter what platform that it is played on. If you want to improve that then shell out for a SSD to use as a paging drive. Then overlock your cpu as clocks are to your disadvantage if you don't overlock. Try for 2.6-2.8ghx first on stock voltages. Also a slow hard drive will botch any system no matter how fast it is.
