Crosshair V Formula,Phenomx61100t,2133mhz

I have a
crosshair v formula
phenom x6 1100t

i know phenom supports up to 1333mhz of ram
but the motherboard supports up to 1600, higher frequencies are writed different in the box example 2133 (o.c)
what is this oc thing?

what happens if i use 2133mhz on a phenom x6?
will the motherboard just downclock the 2133mhz(1333mhz i guess)
while still having CAS Latency 11-11-11-30-2N

[ SNIPER ] F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR
and if i use this? 1600mhz

both cost almost the same so i want to know if i should
buy dat 2133mhz for my next upgrade to fx 8170
or better (am3plus socket)
yes i use a lot of multitask

2133mhz will of course be download IF the settings are set to auto... Set to stock speed with stock timing for full speed...

i think that would be heat and need cooling?
the question is
since both rams are the same on a phenom x6
at 1333mhz
CAS Latency 11-11-11-30-2N
will be intact? if slowered ,is ripjawsx still better than sniper at cas latency?

oh sorry by timigs you mean cas latency
then if i use 2133mhz slowed to 1333mhz
timigs at CAS Latency 11-11-11-30-2N
so i wont have any unstable problem or heat?
possible damage etc
