  1. Yes, but if you do not own one, I'd suggest a better quality unit.
  2. Agreed with jsc. Extreme Power series from Cooler Master is their cheapest one, and not recommended for gaming rigs. Rather go with their GX series, Silent Power Pro or Silent Pro series. They are more expensive, but they are also better built and provide better efficiency than the Extreme Power series.
  3. I was asking whether the above mentioned PSU unit can run or not , simple. Wat about if I go for GX 550 ?? Reply Soon.
  4. Yes that psu will run that card but not very efficiently. And it's not a 600W unit it produces just shy of 550W.

Cooler Master GX models aren't really much better and offer mediocre performance for the price.
    Here's a GX 650 review

If you're looking for cheaper good quality units i would look for an OZC.
Antec and Corsair make very good units but cost more.
  5. @Davcon : No very efficiently in the sense ?? Well I plan to run a system with 6 hdd internal and a 6870 Radeon ?? Which PSu I should go for. Suggest cheap and good budget is limited within 5k INR.

The Antec and the VX550 are really great units.

They certainly do!you'll only need two 6pin the 6+2 lead is for high-end cards.
Both units have that as well.

The Corsair TX is also very good.
  10. So VX 550 will be enough for I think, Is that so?
  11. Cooler Master Silent Pro is overpriced IMHO. Antec HCG would do you well also. And you can then twist for a slightly more powerful PSU for the same price as the Silent Pro.
