Switching motherboards help

Hi all. I am going to be switching over from my ASRock P67 extreme4 Gen 3 to an Asus maximus IV Gene-Z. Do I need to do a fresh install of windows with new drivers or can I simply just download the new mobo drivers? and swap everything over?

Thanks. Does that mean I will have to call microsoft to get my windows reactivated for a 2nd install? I have the Windows 7 system builder package.
