I am currently using this motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I want to upgrade to a more advanced graphics card. I am considering this card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

My questions is about the compatibility. The motherboard says it has 2 x PCI-E x16 (blue @ x16 mode, black @ x4 or x1 mode) and the graphics card states it is a PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP.

This might be simple for some but i dont know if those are compatible.

I would suggest that you wait for a week or two, let ATI release the 6000 series, and get a GTX 460 768 MB when its price drops.
