in this page they gave a link to litepower w0294
so why is there a difference between model numbers: w0294 and w0316re ?

Don't know. It could be as simple as a different power cord requiring a different part number.

Because I would never buy a TT Lite, it doesn't make much different to me.

Never skimp on the psu, if it goes it could take the cpu, motherboard, video card or ram with it.

Change the PSU, Thermaltake only makes a few good models and the Lite power isn't among them.

Seasonic>Corsair>Antec>XFX>PC Power and Cooling. Those are good brands.
