problems with vaio windows 7 start up. when i turn on the computer, it says "Windows Error Recovery - Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. If windowsfiles have been damaged or configured incorrectly, startup repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during startup, choose start windows normally."
it then gives me two choices: Launch Startup Repair (Recommended) or Start Windows Normally.
if i do "Launch Startup Repair" there is a brief Microsoft screen loads..and then nothing happens..it stays blank for hours.,
if i do "start windows normally" is says "Starting Windows" and nothing happens.
