Acer travelmate 4000 usb not working

Hello, my acer laptop's usb ports are no longer working and previously the were working like a charm and dont know what happened to them now. I was using a external usb keyboard for about 4 months continuously and changed the keyboard and it stopped working then the past and the present keyboard,s also stopped . I request your help !

No, It is not showing me anything !

When i plug in then it tell me

power surge on usb port

windows has automatically stopped the device

this is a electrical surge on your usb port,check everything that is connect all your usb port, and see wall outlet before laptop dies on power surge
