I have a combo available at local shop:

a) Intel i5-2500k + ASrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 LGA 1155 Z68 ATX for: $385 Link
b) Intel i5-2500k + Giigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Z68 ATX for: $325 Link

I will be running Crossfire

Is $60 worth an upgrade to the ASROCK?

EDIT: If you think my choices suck, please feel free to suggest. I will overclock my 2500k

option "a" is better choice there cause asrock is gen3 and better for future upgrade like it support pci-e 3.0,xfast lan technology, xusb tehcnology etc so i would recommend option A.

I would go with the ASrock board personally. I only upgrade every few years so the Gen 3 appeals to me. If you upgrade more often then either would be fine.
Those prices listed for both are terrible though. Seems like the prices for both are around $169 now.
If you live near a Micro-center they have an i5 2500k/gigabyte combo for $270, if not... I heard of NCIX matching the price. Might be worth a shot.
