Using GPU HDMI with sound card

Hi,

I recently bought GTX 580 GPU and I want to connect it to my sound card.
My SC is Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro and I want the GPU to output audio from it.
Basically, you can say I want to merge between the HD Audio driver of the GPU with the audio driver of the SC, so that audio will be played from only one device.
For example, I want to play a game and hear the same audio being played from both devices, like hearing sound from both the computer and a television.

I could do that with my previous GPU when I plugged-in a little connector from GTX 280 to the X-Fi card.
This even saved me from installation another audio driver and acted as like splitting the audio to the computer and to the TV.
GTX 580 doesn't have that plug connector.

Thank you very much!

Didn't anyone tried this before? Am I the only one?

As I understand it, newer GPU's can NOT interface with another sound device. I know ATI interfaces directly with a Realtek sound chip; I'm unsure what NVIDIA cards interface with though...

It's not that I want my GPU to be connected to the sound card, I want my drivers to be connected, meaning I could hear from both of them simultaneously...
