Will 5850 work

I have an Asus 5pkpl-cm motherboard and
a zebronics delta series 520w psu with 24Amps on the +12v rail.
can i buy a ati hd5850???

What kind of a psu do i need.How many amps does it require.The amd site says that 5850 requires a 500w psu(without crossfiring).

But your one has 18A on 2 +12v rails so its 36A in total.Which is not too much greater than mine.I also cant understand why amd the site is spreading wrong info.
