What GPU to buy with my current rig

CPU: Intel core 2 Quad Q6600 - never overclocked

Motherboard: Asus P5KC - this is a very nice motherboard which can support Core 2 Quad processors and up to 8GBs of RAM.

Graphic card: EVGA GeForce 9400GT 1GB DDR2 PCI-E 2.0

CPU Fan: Zalman CNPS9700LED Ultra Quiet Cpu Cooler. (This is really quiet)

RAM: 4GB OCZ


Looking to play call of duty 7 with good framerate at this screen's best resolution


Monitor: Dell E228WFP 22-inch Widescreen LCD Monitor

I've tried to figure this out myself but keep getting conflicting advice from various forums.. don't want to by something i don't need. dont want to save twenty bucks when i could get something much better for only a little more. worried about cooling, but dunno if my cooling system is great or not?? i bought this thing second hand. the guy seemed to know what was up tho. help!

I would aim for a GTX460 power supply allowing.

A Budget would help also.

But go for a GTX460/465 - 1GB version is probs best

If money isnt a worry, go for a GTX470 - Will do better in the long run for future upgradable options as this wont need to get replaced any time soon.
