P67 chipset whats going on here

So i have a Asus sabertooth p67 and a 2500k that was affected by the recall so i get an email from newegg today saying they got some good ones in and the people who were affected like me get first dibs. Asustek told me in an email there are no fixed p67s out yet so wtf???

I got a newegg email for my board today too. I believe what they mean is that when the boards come in they will be shipped to people by order of date bought.

I'm not sure if you will have to ship your old one back first or not. If so you can always give them a credit card and they will ship the new one before you send the old one back.

As far as I know all the companies are replacing through the vendor. I bought from newegg so I will get my replacement from newegg.
