Yes, physically it will fit.

Be aware that the mobo is PCIe1, and the card is PCIe2. It will work, but the card may be choked a bit by the bandwidth constraints of PCIe1 (256MB/s, compared to 500MB/s).

Yep. Just make sure your PSU can handle the video card (>450W)

After looking further you would not likely have bandwidth issues so long as it is a single graphics card setup.

Also, you can run passive cooling for a few bucks more:

Is the MSI better than the XFX? I could care less about aesthetics or noise, I'm more concerned with reliability and getting my money's worth. The fact that the MSI only has 1 review scares me a little.
