Booting from Ubuntu CD on new build

Drive = LG Internal GH24 x24
Mobo = GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-D3 AM3 NVIDIA GeForce 7025/nForce 630a chipset Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I'm trying to install Ubuntu on my new build and I'm stuck at the "INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER" screen. I've set the CD drive as first in the boot order and the bios recognizes all of my parts.

My other computer can read the CD without problem, so that's not the problem. The drive is brand new. I've checked the SATA cable and it's not broken either. It just doesn't recognized the cd. I've also tried with an XP cd and it does the same thing.
