hi,
Im looking at either a single dell u2311h e-ips panel for ~$320, or, 3 asus monitors for $400 after coupons and Mir
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Im not a professional photographer or anything i just play games so will the e-ips panel be more important then a three way eyefinity set up?

My system
amd phenom 2 x4 955 @4.1ghz
msi 890fx-gd70 motherboard
4gb g skill 1600mhz ram
i currently use a ati 4350 (lol) and am stuck using my laptop for gaming and either plan to buy a 5850 after 6xxx series comes out or to buy a 6770.

Oh yea.

If you have any other suggestions for better monitors please feel free to add them. I use neweeg and amazon mostly.

If you are a gamer and expect more performance then you can get 3 monitors and run them on eyefinity, that's should look awesome... :)
And make sure you get HD5850 minimum, eyefinity needs lots of horsepower, or you can wait until 6xxx series out, your specs are good.

Eyefinity requires that the Display Port to be used. The possible configurations are:

1. DVI / DVI / Display Port
2. DVI / HDMI / Display Port

Asus monitor you picked out does not have a Display Port. Therefore you will need to add an Active Display Port to DVI Adapter like the following:

what about 1680x1050 vs 1920x1080 for eyefinity? im used to 16x10 which is why i went for the 1680x1050, but then again this is eyfinity so its not like its really going to be 16x10
