Gaming mouse

Ive got a logitech mx 518 gaming mouse. I have the setpoint software installed and i use it to customize my mouse buttons(key assignments). It works fine except i can't re-assign my left and right buttons, there r no options under those buttons. Ive tried earlier versions of the software but it doesnt help. Im not sure why there r no options listed under these 2 buttons, the rest are fine.

Umm! i have a MX-518 but i don't use S%@tpoint i just set-up my mouse within the games mouse settings options.
