If I understood you right you want to delete data on you Sandisk usb stick.
To do this follow these steps:

1. Insert the usb stick in your machine
2. Enter "Computer"
3. Your USB device should be showing as an alternative harddrive with a specific letter (Usually C, D, E, G")
4. Right click the usb device, and choose "Format"
5. Press "Start" and wait abit.

If your problem is that the Sandisk cruzer has two partitions and runs some funky software (U3) when you plug it into your PC :pt1cable:

Sandisk provides a downloadable utility to remove the U3 software and, if I remember correctly, the executable partition. Take a look at http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2550/kw/cruzer software/r_id/101834
