Hd movie 720 and 1080 not clear and blur. please help me !!

i have graphic card HIS HD4830 and bought 23' acer monitor model S231HL. my problem is when i play hd movie i saw not clear and sometime some blur. the problem come from my graphic card? monitor or video codec? sorry i'm newbie here so maby my question not good , i really need help from u all.. waiting reply

thanks dipankar2007ind i will google it.. btw without win7 codex pack what happen to pc? because i already have video codex from vlc and window media clasic not same?

You can even download Kmplayer and watch your 720 and 1080p videos.They work perfectly on Kmplayer.You also dont need to download and use any other codecs if you use Kmplayer.
Also unless your 720p video quality is really good,it might appear a bit blurry on 1080p monitors.
