WoW graphics question directx11

Hi, Im trying to upgrade my system before the new expansion comes out. right now im working with

With a hd 5770 attatched. I plan on having a local computer shop around here upgrade my processor/motherboard and give me a case for 150$. I play on getting a duel core process. The question is with my windows xp sp3 OS will this be limiting my game from having the new waters that are being put into the game that are dx 10 or is that simply just a graphics card thing that will be supported up to dx 11 with my card. thanks. -travis

Windows Vista will also support DX11.

^^ But with a Pentium D, I wouldn't even attempt that route...
