Old School Memory/Need to find some more!!

So, trying to be cheap and find what kind of memory this is and if there is any out there. Rebuilding an old PC for my father and just wanting to juice it up so it can just be used at a email computer.

It is a Dell Demsion 8250 533 MHz FSB (Crusial Memory reader could not find it out)

Here is a picture of the Ram. I think its DDR, but my knowldge is not high. I also know its 128mb and the computer will hold 1.5 . 4 slots

Any help will be appreciated!

Of cause it is expensive. It is old and there aren't a lot of them that's left.

What are you trying to revive that machine? For email, even a phone will do that job now days.

Well he thinks he needs one. Jealous because my mother has a nice one...lol

Don't resurrect it. You don't know what is going to fail on that old machine and replacement part will be difficult to find.

Just make a low end build with big screen to keep parents happy (at least for my parents, their eye sight is going bad).

I think the new hard drive will do the job. I had an old 17 inch LCD VGA screen that he will use.
