STOP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

First I think 850watts would be too small. Go to Antec Power Supply calculator shows 688watts for your system under heavy load. This is too much for an 850watt long term... if you add Only 20% capacitor aging your at 816watts...

Here is my only choice: (Only 25 dBA at 840watts draw....)
- its a single rail design with > 100 Amps on the 12 volt rail

http://www.corsair.com/power-supplies/modular-psus/professional-series-gold-2/ax1200.html

But the Corsair 1000HX is an older design, it's only silent 24 dBA to 525watts.... at 800 watts draw 38 dBA SCREAMING Fans...)
- its a multi rail design with Only 40 A per 12 volt rail

Spend a Few buck more and get this Beast : (then you can power anything you may every need...)

Here is why, from my personal systems. IF you want quiet Read carefully:

I love the Corsair 850HX supplies because they remain dead silent to almost 600watts...

http://www.corsair.com/power-suppl [...] x850w.html

I can power a pair of MSI Talon Hawks overclocked to 1Ghz in an i7-950 system (500watt draw)

Or, my Crossfire powered 5870 i7-930 system (again about 500watt draw)

You get silence to 525watts with the 750HX
http://www.corsair.com/power-suppl [...] x750w.html

Here is a BIG GOTTCHA difference the 750TX is Only silent to 375 watts!!!! (so, there is obviously more going on between these models than Just modular vs non-modular...)

Most power supply companies don't show the noise level on their websites, just power.....
