EAH5870 Power supply

I have just bought an ASUS EAH5870/2DIS/1GD5/V2 graphics card. It has 2 power cables, one has 2 PCIe 2x3 connectors at one end and 1 PCIe 2x4 at the other end. The other cable one has 2 molex 4 pin connectors at on end and a PCIe 2x3 connector at the other end. The card has a PCIe 2x4 and a PCIe 2x3 socket. Do I need to connect 2 PCIe 2x3 power sources and 2 4 pin periphal power sources?

I have a Coolmax CUG-1220B. It actually has PCIe 6+2 and PCIe 6 pin connectors. I guess I can use one 6+2 and one 6 PCIe power connectors?
