Best graphics card for wow

Hey i'm new to gaming pcs in general and wow so would this graphics card be ok to run wow well: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 Max

i dont have a pc atm but im buyin one soon hopefully i just saw one on ebay with that card and wondered if it would work but now i know i'll get my m8s uncle to build me one from scratch he knows wat hes doin lol but thnx for your help m8
