Will motherboard screw holes fit the case screws !!??

I'm putting together my first system and i'm looking to buy Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 mobo,and ThermalTake v3 black edition case.So will the screw holes in the motherboard fit the ones of the case,and how does that work in general,does every normal sized mobo fits every mid tower case(do the screws match) ???

The case should come with standoffs. It should also come with coresponding screws. Generally I don't use the standard 5/32 hex screws but some smaller round screws that have a little more course thread many times they come with paper washers to insulate the mobo from the screw head.
