Hard Drive sounds good.

The GTX 465 in sli is a maybe. Not sure if i need that much power

I am running a 32-bit os rite now so the 8gb of memory is out.

Any suggestions on a good CPU Heatsink that is under 131.5mm tall?

Best gaming boost - 2nd 465 in SLI ($200)

Best workstation/CAD-CAM boost - replace your RAM (2x2GB sticks) with 2x4GB sticks, thus doubling RAM without sacrificing dual channel ($125 not including sell price of your old RAM)

Best overall upgrade (boot and load times, system responsiveness) - 60GB SandForce SSD with 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F4 for storage (under $300)
