Hi Tom,

Could you pleaseeee help me out I have a P4 3.0Ghz (HT) P.C with 1Gb ram, 40Gb H.D.D and D915GUX motherboard and OS is WinXP 2008. I want to ask which is the best card for playing latest games, the card should be 512mb or 1Gb max which should support my motherboard as well as give me maximum result while playing various graphical games.

Your motherboard has a pci-e 16x slot so any of these will do.

There is no reason to invest more money on your PC because the components are old and any new hardware on that platform will not give you a big improvement. If i ware you i would buy the first one i recommended above.

When you raise more money you should consider a new PC even a cheap dual core will give you a lot more performance.


Wish i had your PC when it came out, i had a Pentium 1 166Mhz with 23Mb of RAM, 2 Mb of video RAM and a 1.57Gb hard drive at that time ) ...ou..and i made an upgrade with a CD-RW..)..
