HP ZD8000 series with xp media center.

I recently purchased this machine. I love it, however, I am quite confused
with the media center dual tuner component. I have multiple inputs,
(s-video, RCA's, video and audio) and 2 coax. The only ones that are
recognized are the coax. What are all the other inputs there for? How do I
use those. I'd like to bring media in from my brother in law's video camera,
an older one with just the RCA cables. etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
