GTX 460 1GB or ATI 5770 1GB?

hello everyone

im upgrading my pc and need a new graphics card .. im mixed between getting either the GTX 460 1GB and the ATI 5770 1GB .. any thoughts and oppionions?

my system is :
intel p55 mobo
intel core i5-750
kingston 1333mhz 4GB DDR3 RAM

so any ideas would be much appreciated

You would get a better price/performance ratio by purchasinga GTX 460. The HD5770 is a great card but doesn't have the same features as the GTX 460. Both compete well.

I agree, the 5770 is a great card, but is slower than the 460 (sometimes by quite a bit) in virtually every benchmark. The question should be 5830 or GTX 460, but my opinion would still be the 460.

GTX460; furthermore get the 1GB version.

Some GTX460's will even perform up to 5850 and GTX470 performance levels.
