I tried four different kinds of dual channel kits,

G.Skill 2133mhz 9-11-9-24 2N Ripjaws X
A-Data 2000Mhz 9-9-9-24 2N Extreme
G.Skill 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 2N Ripjaws X
G.Skill 1600mhz 6-8-6-24 2N Pi

They all have this error once i hit 19% in memtest86+ v4.20 (most updated one)

Since im trying four different packs and have the same error, chances of my ram being all defective is extremely low.

What else could be causing this issue?

Error Message: Unexpected Interrupt - Halting

It's not highlighted red or anything, background blue, text white.

The ram im using 3/4 of them is supported.

i just memtest again at default bios this time it actually passed.

would overclocking the cpu affect memory stability?
I reinstalled memtest86+ into the usb again prior to retesting it with a pass, perhaps im getting errors due to corrupted files (me pulling the usb out repeatedly)

Either that or perhaps the motherboard as unstable dim slots? is that even possible?

Yes now i got 2 passes on i5 2500k stock speed.

I'm guessing ram isn't the issue, would the cpu be the culprint? or is the motherboard not good enough to handle the overclocked cpu & ram?

strange because i can get 10hr of prime95 blend stable with 4.5Ghz.
