How much ram is supported by 810 motherboard

Any body knows intel p3 810 & 810e supports SDRAM if it is supports how much we upgrade Right now i have 192 MB only...any one will help

From the specification:

512MB for 128 bit technology
256MB for 64 bit technology

No idea what it means. The chipset was before my PC building time.

May be senior member can teach me a lesson on antique computer technology as well.
