OEM reset?

My motherboard recently died and needed to be replace, a short while after replacing it im getting the good old "software not genuine" junk. My copy of windows is OEM, and they say even sending an email to microsoft costs $59

Is there any free way to get my eom copy reset, or atleast talk to microsoft or am i s.o.l?

Call Micro$oft. They are usually pretty understanding about replacing bad parts. and needing a new key.
