Gpnv/cmos settings wrong

hello
i have mercury made motherboard kob 845 gl NDsmx .

when i start the system , it displays the screen

KOB 845GL NDSMx release 07/29/2002


[ Del->setup f8->boot menu f12->network boot


cmos/gpnv checksum bad

press f1 to run setup
press f2 to load default values and continue ]


when i press

-> del the "Dell" changes to"Go" but the screen reamains

-> f8 notting changes

-> f12 the "f12" changes to "boot" but the screen remains

-> f1 no response

-> f2 no response


I did changing battery ,resetting bios , removing all the hardware and resetting bios, but no use the same screen appears , PLEASE HELP
