Ups help capacity issues

i hav a ups ( power safe ups ) of 360 watt capacity , 600VA ,
my system specs are
amd phenom 2 X4 965 @ 3.4 Ghz
DDR3 2gb ram
msi 790 gx g65 motherboard
seagate 320 gb and WD 1tb HDD
sony dvd RW
3 cooler master 120 mm led 90 cfm fans
coolermaster 600 watt smps
asus 5770 1 GB graphic card
acer 23" led monitor

i want to know whether my ups will be able to support my system
my monitor is also connected to ups

Yes it will. With your current set up and a full charge on the UPS battery, i'd estimate your system would have ~8 minutes of power before the UPS loses its charge.

Based on your components, I've found that an APC Smart-UPS 750VA LCD 120V will hold a ~12 minute charge.
