Disc read error

When I turn on my comp it beeps 5 times, then it goes to a black screen and says atl ctrl del to restart. I cant get it to work.

Intel Xeon Processor 2.53 GHz Quad Core, idk the rest of my specs off the top of my head.

Look up your motherboard on the manufacturers website and find the beep code list,
without specs we can't really advise anything more than that

5 beeps, processor failure. But my comp as always beepes in the 5 months ive had it.

if its definately processor failure, then theres not a great deal you can do other than replace the chip, or learn to microsolder (disclaimer,not humanly possible to do that)

Well idk the parts are from July and my comp did the disc error about 3 weeks ago. I restarted it 4 or 5 times and it was fine. Now its not fixing itself

Run through this as much as you can, section three http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/288241-13-read-posting-buyer-guides-troubleshooting but with your beep code diagnosing cpu failure I wouldn't be too hopeful.
