8gb 1866 cas9 OR 4gb 2000 cas8 + 32gb SSD

Which should I go with? 8gb of 1866mhz cas9 or a 4gb kit of 200mhz cas8 and a 32gb ssd, my budget only allows for one or the other. Which should I go with?
