Toshiba Satellite Laptop Model 1805 S204

Hi Guy's

I have this laptop with XP. It does boot to windows login and than freeze up
with-in 3 min. I was able to load the actual video driver for this model
from Toshiba website. The CPU fan is working fine. Hard drive is good (else
it won't let me install fresh XP). I already installed everything that
Toshiba has for this laptop. Sad part is I was installing win98 last night,
couldn't get drivers for video/sound/modem. 98 didn't detect any drivers.
Any advice will be appreciated.
