Dg33bu motherboard usb not working

Hello,
I received a computer from a company and im trying to reformat it and put my companys software on it. the only problem is, when I got the machine, none of the USB ports work. the usb mouse and keyboard register in the device manager as "other devices". but they do not work. However, they do work before windows starts up. any suggestions?

Do a Window update and see if driver is updated.

Also, check for driver from the device's company.

You can also manually select a driver in device manager (generic mouse and keyboard), so that it works. Not recommend because some function may not be there for the mouse and keyboard. Not recommended for device other than mouse and keyboard.
