Hi! I have GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 motherboard with connectors for SATA 2, SATA 3 and mSATA. MSATA is for SSD Drive SATA 2. I have Corsair SSD Drive Force GT (SATA 3) and my intention is to have it as my system disc. Which of the two is the best solution ?

Your Corsair Force GT drive is not compatible with the mSATA port on your motherboard. Only an mSATA SSD can connect to an mSATA port.

Connect your Corsair Force GT in AHCI mode to ports SATA3_0 or SATA3_1 for maximum performance.

Best solution period is to use the native Intel (Z68) Chipset SATA3 ports for any boot drive even if you had Marvell or any third-party SATA3 ports. The Intel are DMI 2.0, not shared, and don't' suffer PCIe switching latency.
