Dolby Home Theater

What is "Dolby Home Theater"? Does it have Digital Dolby Live? Does it create 5.1+ for games?
I have a pair of Astro A40 Audio System and I need DDL for surround sound. I have the mix-amp so I do not need Digital Dolby Headphones.

The surround sound is encoded onto the media for playback. When you play it back it decodes in channels. Your game may or may not have this encoding.
Dolby is not created unless it's on the material being played.
There IS "simulated" surround sound, which keeps all the speakers ON when you don't have a Dolby program.
