Hello!

I want to buy a tablet pc.
I found a great price sale.
http://store.acsestore.com/topom2pptapc.html
It's a refurb which doesn't include a manual & CD.

Missing manual is okay.
But without CD how can I reinstall OS?

I asked them and they say that I can order OS CD from Toshiba.
Is it true?

Overall, I want to know if I can trust them.
Anyone got experience with the seller?
