Technically next week AMD 69xx series GPu's are coming out. If you can wait that long it may mean a a price drop of 68XX GPU's back to MSRP.

Also, definitely not the Ultra PSU. They're consistently rated as subpar over at Jonny Guru.

The Silencer series is good, but the best buy for the money is a XFX 750W BE $110 after MIR.
