Hi, i will buy this components for a new pc

-AMD Athon II X3 440 3.0 GHz 1.5 MB 1333 MHz

-Memory DDR3 ADATA 2 GB 1333 Mhz single tray

-Video card ZOGIS ZOGT240-ED3H GT240 512MB DDR3 PCIE2

I am searching for a motherboard with 2 slots for ddr3 1333mhz,
AM3 socket and no videocard included, recomendations?

I want it to be cheap to play starcraft 2 mostly, navegate on internet, programing, etc. with a 18.5" LCD.
What do you thing?

xuwin's is good. I'd suggest that you only need a 430 to 550W PSU, and get a Rosewill Destroyer case.

i just picked the 650watts, cause the mobo can xfire. so that he wouldnt need a new psu if he intend to xfire.

Yes, i want a cheap PC, Im not gonna xfire, so, a case with a PSU of 500 watts include its enough

And the hdd that you suggest is so big, with 250 gb its enough for me

I went to a pc store and the cheapest motherboard with AM3 socket was the gigabyte http://www.gigabyte.com.mx/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3412#sp in about $100

but im loking for something cheaper
I will search the Athlon II X3 450 and good prices for the GPU(I live in México)

but in the specification says:

So, that motherboard dont let the CPU works at his best? i think the MB divide the Millions of Transfers in two and thats bad right?

that should work just fine. Foxxconn isn't my first choice for a motherboard, but it'd good enough for apple.

I dunno about in Mexico, but on Newegg, a X3 450 is exactly 1 penny more expensive than a 445. If its not much difference, go for the 450

depends on the brand of the PSU. Antec, Sea Sonic, Corsair, sure. Soem no name brand, no.

The Video card have DVI and hdmi only, it is compatible whit that LCD??

instead of the 5770 or 5670, can you swing a GTS 450? (they run about $100-110 US)

I search for the GTs 450 but the price its like $50 US more. I bought the XFX HD 5670, and finaly build my first computer

That system works really good with SC2 on Ultra (I was looking for Normal ),bought Dragon Age Origins on Steam and runs with all on MAX, and I think my pc can run ALMOST every game to january 2011 with recommended system requirements (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/) my resolution is 1336x768 and for non gaming work its perfect
