Building a gaming/home computer

okay, so I'm planning on building myself a computer, and it's actually for quite a bit of gaming. I want it so that it runs games with no lag at all. Probably the games I will play are civiliazation5, starcraft2, and diablo3 in the future. So, If you guys would please look at the parts I have chosen and see if they would be good for the games. I'm not completely sure if I should get the video card, so if there is one you would like to recommend, please tell.

Also tell me if the processor I am getting is enough, and if it beats the AMD processors.
