Compaq presario r3000 motherboard problems

Hello,
I have a compaq presario R3000 that fell down. After I tried to turn it on, when I press the power button, the power light on, the both fan run about 10 secon and they start, after 5 second only one just start and keppt running but the screen, the HD and CD/DVD drinve dont run. Plz how you can help me?
