The manual won't help you unless you've changed some of the board jumpers. Need more system info, including the power supply.

The light for the CPU thats coming on is a solid red.

Reseat the memory. It can pop out of the slot easily, causing a no post situation. Also check your case connections to the pin cluster with the power switch lead. You may have one on wrong. Here is the page for the manual download: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/Crosshair_IV_F....

I've done all of this, I have actually swapped out memory sticks, graphics cards, battery, tried a diff slot for the graphics card. Still nothing, just the red solid CPU light and the fans blowing when powering on the computer. Also rechecked to make sure power supply was connected.

I wouldn't waste money at the geek squad. Request an rma from asus. Just tell them it won't post. If the replacement board still doesn't work, then you can check craigslist for a local tech. Lots of them out of work; some will checkout your pc for $25.
