Budget gaming pc

Hey, looking for a budget gaming pc for christmas

Approximate Purchase Date: ultil the end of the month.

Budget Range: Credit card so no limit, but I cant anger its owner too much.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: graphic applications, playing games (cod4, crysis, etc), web.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS, etc

Will be buying at a shop most probably

Country of Origin: Portugal

Overclocking: Probably not in the nest couple of years

SLI or Crossfire: no

Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024, 1440x900 (will be upgraded later)

CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 445 Rana 3.1GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor

Motherboard: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

GPU: I dunno im restricted by budget and since i wont overclock for a long time witch will be better? Either a hd 6850 (i dont know if there are any factory oc'ed cards for this gpu) or a evga gtx 460 sc

Caising: Dont know yet depends on the retailer

Forgot to mention that i wont be buying at egg this are just reference links.

Would apreciate some input on cheaper/ more effetcive options.
