I bought a new PC recently - AMD Athelon X4, with 4 gigs of RAM, and an on board ATI redeon HD3200 graphic card which comes with a gigabyte motherboard.
The problem is that the graphic card has an HDMI output which my old TV doesn't support. I tried using a VGA To Svideo adapter but it didn't worked. So I'm thinking about buying a separate graphic card with an S-Video output, but since most of them are old I'm worried about the affect they will have on my system performance. I do not play any games - just surfing the net and watching movies.
