Phenom II X4 955 or X4 965?

I was planning on buying the X4 955 BE. But when I saw the X4 965 BE, with just a little but higher price. I was thinking it was better.
Do you guys think It is worth that money? Or Should I stick to X4 955 BE? I'm planning on buying the CM Hyper 212+, so I wouldn't take the stock fan from the AMD.

It's the same chip.
The 955 will match the 965 speed by simply adding x1 to the mutipier.
If the 965 is less then $20 difference i would buy it otherwise just get the 955.
