Which video card for Dell Workstation 690 ?

I there ! (Sorry for my english ^^ )
Well, one of my friend just offered me a new computer, it's a Dell Workstation 690 but the graphics card is very "out of date".
I wanted to play Videogame Like Amnesia or Starcraft 2 but I can't :/ 'cause my graphics card is too "old"...

I should buy a new Graphics card ( an ATI 5750 ) but i Started to ask myself if this card is compatible with the computer ....

Can you help me ?

( Meh... Not enough money for double nvidia in SLi mode ^^ I prefer to focus on One graphic card )


I'm running on a Dual, got 2 cpu So i'm up to 3.72GhZ
